Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)
CFSS is scheduled to launch on October 1st, 2024, and CSI is ready to work with you! If you currently receive PCA or CSG services, you will be required to select a Consultation Services provider if your next assessment occurs after 10/1/2024. CSI is committed to making this a smooth transition for you.
At CSI, the CFSS Consultant will:
- Provide you information and education to help you make informed decisions about how to create a service delivery plan to best meet your needs using CFSS.
- Help you write your service delivery plans, if desired.
- Review your service delivery plans to make sure CFSS requirements are met.
- Provide you with ongoing support, as needed.
